"Throughout all of my encounters with Rachel, be it organizing a festival, teaching a class, dancing, or giving reiki, her commitment and passion for people and their growth just radiates from her. She is truly a strong woman committed to seeking the art and light within and enabling others to do the same." J.S
"After more than twenty years as a student at many various locations & miscellaneous teachers of yoga, I finally found a practice I can cherish. Unlike all instruction previously, Rachel created an experience of mind, body and spirit with a profound respect for each person's individual needs; she became my cherished guide on a completely new journey of self-focus, comfort, and gratitude. Her ability to inject humor and music along with eclectic knowledge is amazing.......Rachel is a multi-talented treasure." ~J.L.
"You have been an integral part of lifting me up and expanding my universe to new and amazing territory! For this I am ever-grateful and honored to know you." S.K.
"I just wanted to tell you how much I loved your yoga class yesterday. I felt a definite shift and clearing this morning.
You are most gifted in your ability to intuit what is needed for each class. The language you choose to use to encourage, help students to go deeper and empower them with their own practice is so very excellent.
The music you choose takes me to another place spiritually that I love. Your skill in "gong baths" is beyond none other.
Having been in the healing profession for over 30 years it is such a gift for me to go to a class and not be the teacher. To receive the peacefulness and the skills to move my body in new ways speaks to your "old soul."
It is a true blessing to have you as my teacher in this venue." P.S.
