Navigating the Dimensional Shifts

We are traversing interesting times. If we slow down and connect deeply with ourselves and nature, we might just notice the expansion of consciousness going on inside us all.

This retreat is an invitation to let your soul expand and awaken the telepathic connection with all of life. Held in the awesome power of Mount Tahoma (Rainier), we will cultivate the sacred in our lives and commune with the beauty and loving energies of the natural world.

Does this retreat resonate?  Do the words stir something deep inside? Can you feel it in your body?

Do you hear the call of the ancestors? Do you sense the possibilities of a beautiful new creation emerging through each of us as divine humans, co-creating with Life itself?

Even as an old world begins to dismantle, we rise to create the new, together. We are living in the great shift of the ages. And we are here to allow the emergence of the new - or just maybe, what's been true all along.


Abby and Rachel are excited to explore multidimensional realms with you as we hike the mountain trails, hum with the frequencies of the waterfalls, relax by the creek, and commune around the nightly fire.

We'll share experiences and allow our minds and hearts to travel deeper within the flow of Life expanding into potential infinite realms.  We gather wisdom for the journey of life as we continue forward along the path of the unknown.

Opportunities for self exploration and creative healing include co-creating a community altar, time for self reflection and journaling, guided meditations & mindfulness, sound healing,  expressive arts activities, breathwork, and gentle yoga and qi gong by the creek.

We come together to heal and grow with the natural world as our guide.  Let's shift together within loving community and play to our heart and soul's content!

Where you'll stay

We have reserved the Lodge at the Copper Creek Inn, a shared lodging space with large living/meeting space, kitchen, and private hot tub. The Lodge sleeps 10 people. Included in the retreat fee are 3 nights: Thurs, Fri, Sat. We'll cover details and bedroom choices during registration.

Meals

2 Lunches and 3 dinners are included in retreat fee. Breakfast is on your own. There are three restaurants within minutes, one is part of Copper Creek Inn. You are also welcome to bring breakfast food to prepare and eat in the Lodge kitchen.
WHAT TO BRING:

- Altar offerings –
     sacred object(s) that carries meaning for you, any organic matter to burn that you wish to release
- Yoga mat if you have one, and towels to use outside
- Comfortable relaxed clothing and outdoor wear
- Water bottle, thermos for tea/coffee
- Preferred snacks/extra food
- Overnight clothing, personal necessities/pillow
- Outdoor boots, may be muddy in areas
- Flashlight
- Small backpack/bag for trail walking
- Journal or notebook and pen / colors for drawing
Locale:
We will be a mere 5min from the Nisqually Park Entrance at Mt Tahoma (Rainier).  Another 15 min leads us to the Longmire Visitor Center. We will be driving into the park on Friday

Some of you may want more time with the mountain! If so, consider booking lodging before or after the retreat if you can spare the time for a longer retreat. It's good to get your bearings before and integrate after if you can.
Note: We will drive into the park to access the hiking trails. Some cars will need national park passes. We will coordinate with you to make sure passes are secured before the retreat.

Rachel Chase, MA, CYT, Spiritual Counselor, Yoga Teacher, Artist, Ceremonialist, Sound Healer, Reiki Teacher, Intuitive Guide, Mental Health Coach.
Rachel's life-long love of the arts informs her healing work. She sees life itself as art. Rachel began her movement practice as a dancer and choreographer which led her to yoga. Her 20 year healing journey has been a winding road through yoga & meditation, reiki, qi gong, mantra, and expressive arts. Rachel has trained in several forms of yoga and energy healing arts as a teacher and facilitator. With a masters in clinical mental health counseling and mindfulness coaching training, she blends her various styles of helping in her healing work with individuals and groups since 2010.

For over 30 years, Abby has assisted individuals in healing and becoming more aligned with their inner truth and wisdom. She has studied and trained extensively in shamanic traditions, spiritual and mental health counseling. By weaving together philosophies of western psychology, mysticism and practical shamanic and earth-based cosmologies, Abby witnesses the awakening and accessing of one’s inner resources and wellspring of potential. Abby finds offering retreats, ceremonies and earth-based growth experiences to be exhilarating! She believes individual growth and transformation help create a more kind, loving, respectful and sustainable global community.
